A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all treatments. Guests who wish to change or amend treatment times/dates must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Guests who wish to cancel must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice or full treatment price will be charged No show appointments will be charged in full. Late arrival to the space may result in the reduction of your treatment time. Management reserves the right to alter or amend any of the details.or prices at any time without prior notice.

 

A 10% gratuity can be made at the spa reception if you wish to show your appreciation to your therapist following your treatment.

 

Our aim is for Zen Day Spa to be a tranquil sanctuary and so we ask that you respect the other guests' relaxation time. This means speaking softly or enjoying the silence throughout your time in the spa. To maintain this peaceful environment we ask that mobile phones are switched on silent and left in the lockers provided.

 

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Vouchers can be redeemed against any spa treatment, spa package or can be used to buy retail products from the reception, however this does not apply to discounted offers/ vouchers. Zen reserves the right to decline vouchers used for individual profit or gain nor can vouchers be used to gain extra monetary value unless otherwise approved.

 

The wellbeing of our customers have always been our number one priority. We have put a number of subtle precautions in place to ensure our customers are able to relax and rejuvenate in a safe environment.

 

Reminder to all clients you must fill in your consultation form for ALL treatments that you are booking in for. This will be emailed to you prior to every visit. Please ensure your email addresses and contact details are correct at the time of booking. If you do not fill this in, it will need to be filled in when you visit the clinic and may eat into the treatment time allocated for your appointment. Your safety is paramount to us and filling in these forms is mandatory.

 

Prior to treatment, you may be required to attend an in clinic/ telephone consultation to determine your tailored treatment plan. Skin allergy test is required to be carried out prior to your first treatment for some skin / body treatments. Our front of house experts will advise you if this is required at the time of booking.

 

Please inform your therapist if any of the following apply to you: allergies, epilepsy, foot conditions, you are pregnant or within 6 weeks of birth of your baby or breastfeeding. (Some of the treatments which are safe during pregnancy should not be carried out during the first trimester), skin conditions, under-active/over-active thyroid, back problems, you have had any recent illness or injuries, any recent surgery's, heart condition or problems with circulation, on or taking high or low blood pressure medication. We will not be able to carry out any treatment if you are under the influence of alcohol.

 

It is important you inform us, well in advance, of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries which may affect your treatment. By letting us know, our Front of House team can recommend the most suitable treatments and packages for you.

 

At Zen Day Spa we have a range of specially designed treatments and packages for pregnant women. Our therapists can guide you to selecting a suitable treatment for you during this special time. Please inform the stage of pregnancy at time of booking.

 

Lockers are provided for individual use, however we recommend that you do not bring valuables into the spa. Zen Day Spa does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal items.

 

Zen Day Spa respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The spa is an adult environment open to people over 18 years of age. To protect the privacy of our clients we ask that photos be taken only at our photo wall and phones to be turned off during the rest of the premises. 

 

Zen Day Spa reserves the right to alter prices and change or discontinue services without prior notice. Treatment time includes pre and post consultation and turnaround.
