Gift Vouchers

Zen Day Spa vouchers are valid for six (6) months from date of purchase.

Zen Day Spa vouchers can be purchased online or at our Salon located on 5-9 River Street, Newry, BT34 2DQ. Vouchers can also be purchased via telephone, that can be collected or posted to your requested address.

Yes, you can purchase e-voucher online. Choose the value of your voucher from the drop down menu. Your voucher will be emailed to you or your loved one OR select ‘Send the gift voucher to my email address’.

Can only be redeemed on full price treatments (unable to redeem for discounted offers, products, reduced spa packages and course treatments).

Zen Gift Cards / E-vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

No change is given and the unused balance remains on teh gift card for future use.

Zen Gift Cards / E-vouchers are the equivalant to cash, please treat them as much. If lost or stolen, Gift Cards / E-vouchers cannot be replaced.

• Vouchers cannot be bought or used for monetary incentives/competitions without company permission.
• If purchased for someone else please tell us the persons details when you call to activate the voucher so we can credit their account.
• Vouchers are not for resale.
• If you have bought this as a gift voucher our vouchers never expire however our T’s and C’s may be updated by the time you redeem the package.
• We can update our T’s and C’s at any time.
• If purchased on a buy one get one free voucher offer there may be extra terms and conditions on the FREE voucher.
• Refunds are offered within 5 days of your purchase prior to redeeming any services and also within 48hrs of any bookings made, by emailing our request to info@zendayspa.co.uk.
• Please note if you have booked your service at the salon we require 48 hours notice to cancel, failing to do so will invalidate your voucher or any refund.
