- 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy must be followed otherwise the voucher becomes invalid.

- Must be 18 or older. Valid for option purchased only. Cannot be changed to a different Zen Day Spa offer or to purchase a product.
- Valid Mon-Fri. Late evening appointment available Wed-Fri until 9pm.
