CORONA VIRUS

It is our goal that every single one of you can feel comfortable in our salon. As such, we are kindly asking that you:
Arrive alone for your appointment, please use the sanitiser as you enter. Please wait for your temperature to be taken by our Front of House Team. Please wear a mask or use one of the disposable masks provided. Keep a space of 2 metres between you and anyone else in the salon. Do not touch or shake hands with anyone else in the salon.

We are also asking customers to reschedule your appointment if: You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
Have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days

So that our salon is as safe as possible, you will have a slightly different salon experience than before: Apart from water, food and beverage service has been suspended. Please limit the amount of personal items you bring with you into the salon. Anything brought in will need to be kept with you at all times or in the provided locker. Please use the sanitising stations throughout your visit, there is 14 in our spa. Appointments are spaced out to reduce the number of people present and to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitisation. Sanitising of personal spaces and hand washing will take place in between clients. As well as more frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces. Staff have been informed and trained on sanitisation best practices.

ARRIVAL AT THE SPA

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment to Spa Reception to allow you sufficient time to change, complete your medical questionnaire and enjoy some relaxation time prior to your treatment. Please note that appointments may alter by 15 minutes from the time stated at the time of booking. Please note that the allotted treatment time includes time for consultation and aftercare advice. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be adapted to the remaining time of your booking.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please wear a mask when you arrive at the spa and throughout your visit. Robes & spa footwear will be provided. Disposable briefs will be provided for all wet and/or body treatments. Gentleman will be required to wear underwear or shorts during treatments. In the interest of comfort, personal safety, health and hygiene and in consideration of all our other Spa guests, the slippers provided in your guest room or changing rooms must be worn in all areas of The Spa at all times.

TREATMENT ADJUSTMENTS

This is your treatment and we would like you to enjoy it. If you would like the room temperature adjusted or a change in the amount of pressure during your massage please let your therapist know.

SERVICE CHARGES/GRATITUDES

If you wish to provide an appreciation to your Therapist following your treatment, a 5% gratuity can be made at Spa Reception.

PAYMENT

50% deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking for treatments. 100% if booking is to be made three hours before treatment. Credit Card details will be required. Specific package or treatment vouchers are non-transferable to another package or treatment, no change will be given from gift vouchers. If you are paying by gift voucher please remember to give voucher number at time of booking and bring it with you on the day and present it on arrival. Prices and details of treatments are correct at the time of going to print. Management reserves the right to alter or amend any of the details or prices at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you need to cancel your scheduled treatments please give 48 hours notice. If you cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours in advance we will require a 50% of the booked treatment costs. Cancellations later than this and no shows will be charged in full. Please understand that late arrival for appointments will result in forfeit of the time for your treatment and will be charged at the full price.
